Triumph D Repeater Arm Screw Size

Post by danohallaron »

Both of my Triumph D Repeater Arms are suffering from stretched screws (where they attach onto the reproducer carriage collar) and I am looking to replace them. Can anyone help with identifying the screw size? They seem to be a 4, with rather fine threads-but nothing off-the-shelf. Thanks.

Dan, I can measure and confirm specs and probably have the screws on hand. Not sure what you mean by "stretching" but perhaps the holes are worn and will have to be drilled and tapped to the next size?

Thanks, Terry. I think the repeater threads are still ok. The screws show visible wear and thread seperation, i guess from over tightening. On a couple, the heads are no longer functional, so I cannot get it tightened. If you can get me a measurement, I can buy slotted brass ones online. Or if you have 4, that would work too. I am putting on my new F from the Expo (with the new springs and reproducer). It came with a 2/4 repeater pulley. Once I get that one lined out, I'm going to work on your conversion pulley setup for another Triumph.
