Pathé Actuelle

I have always thought that the Pathé Actuelle was an intriguing machine but was never where one showed up. Well one has and I had talked to the owner about it 5 or 6 years ago. I have not seen it since then and a picture of the diaphragm shows it to be in less than perfect condition. The go to guy was Bufford Chidester but he is now gone.

Before going after this machine is there anyone making the diaphragm or is there someone on the forum that has made one and could offer some advice if I did need to do one.
