Columbia BS...?
Okay. I'm pretty sure this is the frame for a BS Coin-op, Columbia. But I'm online looking again and the examples have the coin slot to the center left where as this has it to the far right. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

It's not a BS, which always has the coin slot left of the horn, and the horn slightly right of center. Your lid is most likely from an AS.

Looks like a lid to a Columbia "S" coin op. We have one listed onsite and you can see the difference. 4-4time.com
