Sent Messages stuck in Outbox

I am having trouble with sending (PM) messages. When I send some messages, they go to "Outbox" instead of "Sent". Am I misunderstanding something or doing something wrong? Thanks, Lee Baker

All messages go to the outbox and stay there until the recipient opens it, at which point it shows as sent. So whoever you are writing to has simply not yet seen or read your message.

That said, this software is erratic when it comes to notifying people that there's a message. It's easy to overlook the notifications bell at the top right of the main page and therefore not even know you have a message waiting for you.
