This appears to be a curious drawer mounted small cabinet machine. Does anybody know what it is?
I am also a bit confused by the cabinet construction. One side looks like it has a desk-like foot/leg well.

A Columbia Regent desk phonograph.

It looks smaller than the older unit that Mark is exhibiting in the video; however, we do not get good picture in the ad. So I assume there must have been a number of different sizes?
