HMV 103 on The Antiques Roadshow

Post by jamiegramo »

This evening they had an HMV 103 table model on The Antiques Roadshow. What is remarkable about this is that’s it’s a rather unremarkable machine to give airtime to. Valued at £100.

I was pleasantly surprised however that they played a record on the correct side of the record. This appears to be something the public now need to be educated about so every little helps.

No need to grit my teeth!

Sounds like the overall level of education is really slipping. Basic physics would make it obvious.
