No, far from 100%. It is a cobble of original and repro parts and the horn is a "made up" to look like a Berliner horn. I would say the seller knows and that is why he is selling it with the "not sure" new or old decription. From the poor pics you can see that crank, reproducer, record nut arm rest are repro's and I think a few other parts but, because of the poor pics....I can't tell.

Good for a display machine for a collector that wants one cheap IMHO.

I like the way they say that it works but doesn't sound very good. Wonder if they tried to play their Elvis 78s on it

I agree with the assessment. What makes you sure the reproducer is a repro? I also don't like the way the decal looks. While the decal itself looks OK it's on off center and crooked, kind of sloppy for a Berliner. In addition there are also 2 extra holes on the case next to the brake.

There's also a Victor A on ebay now. It's feast or famine.

I guess it's years of experiance..... Based on the very poor pics....I will have to say repro reproducer. As for the decal.....I have seen a few a little off in the past. Regarding the two holes....that is for a "L" shaped flat bar that stopped the reproducer from falling off the record while starting. It was used on the 1899 model. Therefore the "case" part is supposed to just that. Remember also that the Japanese copy the was made was also based on the 1899 model.
