It was created by Julien Anton, a well-known collector in France, and author of the definitive book about Lioret phonographs. The site is in French but there's plenty of eye-candy there even if you can't read French.

That website is one the best phonograph sites I have ever seen, particularly in regard to European machines and records. You have to go deep through a lot of menus to find some of the really interesting and obscure stuff. I've known this site for some time, and although my French is pretty much bad, I still enjoy those incredible pictures on the website. Wish they can also update their cylinder soundfiles corner soon.
