Columbia tonearm needed for a Grafanola

Post by briankeith »

I am in need of a good Columbia Grafanola tonearm (no-lid model as illustrated) because where my tonearm sits into the outside black steel mount is broken at that elbow, typical pot metal breakage I guess(?) Plus I cannot get the reproducer off the arm no matter how much I soak it with WD40 and twist and turn. I even applied heat but still cannot get it to turn loose, although I can now get the small pin to push in and out. It is really stuck on the broken tonearm big time!! Anyone have a tonearm for sale, maybe with a good reproducer still attached? Many thanks! Brian
