There seem to be dozens of these little, early machines and I'm not able to identify it. I was originally planning to buy a different Columbia Q but at the last minute changed my mind and bought the machine pictured below.

I know it's missing its wooden base and cover (if there ever was one). I appreciate any assistance you can offer.
