Just spotted this, thank for doing that Sean. I will have to watch the video at home as where I work blocks youtube! I know it is sooo annoying! I will be sure to check it out later though. Glad your pleased with the disk and glad to see you back too.

Richard,

I absolutely LOVE this record! I can't thank you enough for it. It's one I had been searching for ever since hearing the BBC CDs of "Pennies From Heaven" (late 1980s?).

It's a testament to cactus needles being gentle (OK really gentle) on your records too because I can't stop playing this record on my machines and it still looks shiny and new!

At some point during the video, you can hear the dogs' tags "jingling", it isn't part of the tune!

Yes, it does sound good on your 10-50. Even with a cactus needle it sure sounds LOUD! Can you imagine what it would sound like with a steel needle :o

No worries, I'm glad that I was able to find a top copy for you - ive been looking out for one since you mentioned in an earlier forum that you had never been able to find it. It acutally turned up in a job lot of records I bought from a shop in Guildford (near to where I live).

As for the jangling. Yes I noticed that, and do you know what, I thought it was the metal top from a beer bottle being popped off and falling on the floor!

If only, the dogs started "bustling" when I sat down over who was going to sit on my lap! I'd rather have had a beer! 8-)
