Schloss Brothers Cabinets

Hello through geneology research just found out my grandfather worked as a carpenter for Schloss Brothers in 1917. Does anyone know if the craftsman put his mark or name in or on cabinets he might have made. If so, I would be interested in hunting down something he may have made. He went on to own his own small furniture business either in Brooklyn or Manhattan sometime in the 20's but lost it in the depression. Have no other info than that. :?: Thanks for any info you might have
