Can anyone identify this cabinet for me and it's value?

That's a Wood Filing Cabinet, made by the Wood Manufacturing Co. of Los Angeles. The company's advertising slogan was, "Push the Button, Get the Record."

Value is in the eye, ear, and wallet of the beholder...

It reminds me of the push button ejectors on some Columbia Grafonolas.

Yep - Wood made those ejector mechanisms for Columbia.
