i am currently after cylinders by arthur collins and associated(collins and harlan, collins and natus etc) preferably 2 minute but 4 minute also considered

i am also after cylinders by comedy artists (bob roberts, billy murray, edward m favor etc) if you have any of those please let me know

Watch eBay, there are lots of those records on eBay. Shipping across the pond will cost the same, whether you buy from collectors here or off of eBay.

As VT has noted above, eBay is your best bet. I collect them myself and many great titles I've bought there (some even really cheap), Good luck!
