Brown wax cylinder

Has anyone heard of a brown wax cylinder with the title "The Future Strenght of the Nation" by I. M. Foster (Isreal Moore Foster)? Don't know if it is an Edison, Columbia, or some other brand cylinder. Hope someone can help me identify this cylinder.
