Replacing the soundbox gaskets: illustrated tutorial?

Dear all,

The title is self-explanatory. Is there a site where an inexperienced gramophone owner can learn how to replace the soundbox's rubber gaskets step-by-step without breaking the mica or even breaking the wax contact? :?

I know it is easy... But... :oops:
