Help is my Cheney cabinet real?

I have what Is titled As a Cheney talking machine. It is big. It has a drawer and slots for records. The actual talking device is not in it. Only the cabinet. It has an emblem under the lid. It also has metal label on the back with patent information. It appears legit from the info I've read. But I also read that it should not have a label like mine if it's real. I want to find our what is it, and what's the value. My head is spinning. The wood looks beautiful for it to be so old.
I don't understand how to post pics. The emblem under the lid is a Lil bigger than a 50 cent piece it says
