Dateing my graphanola

hi all, I am wanting to put a date to my latest progect. It's a Type E. I foujnd a few clues but have no reserch material, hope someone can enlighten me, It has FAC 5 27387, I hope this intrigues one of you more learned folks than I. Please help,,,, Thanks Tim

Hey Tim. I have an L2 & had a similar problem. What I got was that Columbia didnt quite keep the records that Victor did. That being said I was able to find ads that depicted my model which gave me a timeframe of 1918-1921. A member on here looked it up in the book "Discovering Antique Phonographs" & confirmed my estimation. I picked up an operating manual for all floor models so I would imagine yours would be about the same or a few years earlier.
