The exhibition poster had nothing whatsoever to do with the machine. The poster is approximately a decade older, and pertains to cylinder exhibitions. I have one just like it, and I've seen a number of others.:)

I believe the machine & decal to be original from ca. 1910. There are a handful of examples, primarily originating from the Orient, which were based on the BI (like this one), and featuring odd decals and brand names. It's too bad someone has stripped parts off this one.
