The Rolfs (and their contact info), like Steve Medved, George Vollema, Ron Sitko, etc., have been mentioned on this site many times. Rather than re-re-re-re-re-re-re-post it, I assumed that it would be found easily with a site search.

I emailed them, and got a response. As it turns out, what they do is take their own original sleeve down to the Xerox store, and copy each side onto thick paper, which they then glue together as a sleeve, and sell to people like us for $20.
