Victrola No. 4 Reproducer....Did I pay too much??
I was watching a Victrola No. 4 reproducer on e-bay, it is the Victrola No. 4 not the "4A" made of pot metal. I put in bids, and finally threw in my max of $251.00 and it closed at $ 251.00. Also, I bought the gaskets, diaphragm and back insert from Walt Sommers, so it all runs an additional $ 20.00 give or take. I will have about $ 271.00 into this. I am wondering if I paid too much for it?

If this is the all brass Victrola IV reproducer, you did good. That is what they go for.
