That appears to be a Heineman motor. Heineman was used in alot of independent brand phonographs. However, they can be found in Brunswick machines, Pathé machines as well as Columbia machines (especially later models) in addition to the Edison P-1 and P-2 portables.
I also believe Victor used these model motors in their "Special" series as RCA models particularly the John Vosso models.
Some scoff and snuff at Heineman...but actually Heineman was a part of OkeH records and even made reproducers, tone arms and turntables in addition to steel needles..they are packaged as "Needle of Quality".
