In The arm of the last photo what is The Sense of the broken screw hole? What regolation is it??

If you look at the arm on the complete machine, the hole that is broken on yours should hold a lift for the reproducer to raise it off of the mandrel or cylinder...

If the arm is made of brass and not potmetal, you can solder a piece of brass in that location then reshape it correctly and tap a new screw hole...

What type of material can i use for the stop mechanism? I mean for stop the governor Plate?? Cotton? This is old And dry

Leather or felt. But yours doesn't look too bad. Just soak it with oil.
