What do you mean by "The first two are not especially rare"? Are you talking about reproducers or cylinders?
Are there new recordings of the old cylinders available anywhere? Do they get re-cut?
So my original question... besides eBay, who sells cylinders online?
As for "new" records, there are a couple of sources: Norman Bruderhofer, for one, and then there are the "Vulcan" cylinders. Granted, they're expensive; but there are some very rare selections available.
