Thanks for the video. The mandrel should spin more freely than that after removing your hand - but you're close! The belt pulley screw looks like it is protruding a bit. That screw should be at or below where the belt rides between the pulley shoulders. There should be a small flat washer on the mandrel shaft between the belt pulley and the casting boss/mandrel shaft bearing. Make sure that the spacing between the belt pulley and boss is not too tight or too loose. Also be mindful of the screw that tightens the mandrel bearing in the casting boss. Occasionally the casting boss screw, if too tight, can affect the position (and therefore rotation) of the mandrel shaft within that bearing.EdisonWizard wrote:Here's a vid!
