Sorry, I realize mine is not correct, it’s for a tapering arm upgrade not a rigid arm.

Just to get back to the OP's "wanted" post....I think Mark already mentioned on the first page the plate needed is for sale on Ebay.

Sorry, I realize mine is not correct, it’s for a tapering arm upgrade not a rigid arm.

Yes, but at some point or serial number your tag would have been appropriate on a front mount Victor E. I wonder what that serial number would be. I checked my Victor E with a serial number of 62,xxx and it's a tapered arm example and was not drilled for a front mount.

For reference, I have a late front mount E with a "taper arm" tag and the s/n is 58,xxx.

A bit more information. I have a Victor E #60453 that is a rear mount only. Never drilled for the front mount.
