Columbia Q Feet, revised, fixed, pictures

Post by columbia1spring »

Hello!
I’ve been looking for 4 feet, (pads) for my Columbia Q.Maybe I just don’t know where to look? Anyway,
It’s for the black base Q, without the wood case..
Has anyone made them and would like to share how it was done?
Thank You...
I would go to Wyatts for a long time, but his website no longer shows any parts...

I just went to the hardware store and bought rubber grommets that fit the indentation of my Busy Bee Q. I used the same screws that were there and bod-a-bing!

I’ll check that out...
I was thinking on buying some sheet rubber and using a leather punch punch out some. Then glue them to a washer and screw them on.

Ok...
I bought ¼” black faucet washers, drilled ½ through so the screws were recessed.
Original? No!
But the felt pads look like crap and the machine slides when winding.
No felt pads? Then it damaged the table.
Reinstalled the screws with the faucet washes, looks nice! And it no longer slides around and no more table damage!
Thanks Blizz.
