My reference (Eddie Shaw's D.A.T.E.S.) and at least two other references show Columbia FB 2816 as being released in 1942. It is the same recording, of course.

My mistake. I was looking at D.A.T.E.S. but on the wrong page, DB instead of FB. He couldn't have wrapped it it better, I had to be careful not do damage the record getting at it !
