I use this to sufficiently 'flatten' such records.

I made it a long time ago and it still works just fine.

(I have to say though, that none of my records are 'warped' to such an extent that further action is required).

I would hesitate to try and flatten a "Hit of the Week Record" by any means, except temporary through pressure on a turntable.

Permanent damage may result.

Instead of gluing these to an old 78, what’s the thoughts on gluing them to a thin piece of wood or Perspex? Surely that would achieve the same goal, and not ruin a record (no matter how decrepit it is!).
