The rectangular machine on the cover you posted is the HMV 119. As far as I know, it was only available with an electric motor.
There was actually a 119 on ebay a month or so ago. If I remember correctly, it sold for under $100, & it appeared to be in great condition too. They use the same running gear as the 122, but they dont seem to attract a lot of interest- I suppose because they are minus the
cute factor.
Here's another record sleeve that shows the electric 122.

And this sleeve shows yet another model, but I dont know what model designation this one had. It looks pretty much the same as the 119, but is covered in rexine.
It's interesting that this cover also states 2 models were available. I dont know if that means this particular model could have either motor, or if this model perhaps replaced the 119 & the 122 spring model was still around??
