I'd like to understand how that works. I see what looks like a template in your pictures, but the rest is a mystery. I have made a few sleeves from a 24" roll of craft paper, but it is time-consuming. I plan to make a template that I lay atop the paper, then trace around with an Exacto knife. After folding, I use a glue stick. I haven't figured out the best way to cut neat circles yet.
I wish someone made sleeves for all the oddball metric sizes of Pathé records. Until then, I'll have to make them myself.
Hi
The frame you see in the picture is a clicking knife commonly use in the leather shoe industry, the edge that is facing down is very sharp. The machine that the knife is sitting on is a clicking press, also used in the leather shoe industry. I have these tools because I make leather clothing for outlaw motor cycle clubs

I bought a roll of craft cardboard and use the press and knife to cut the covers out, I then have a template board that I made with all the scoring sections set with strips of perspex. Once scored I then fold into shape and with a glue gun full of contact adhesive I glue them together. Hope this is of help.
