Maybe beyond restoration, and no cabinet, but fascinating: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275158989179 - photos from this listing below.

There seems to be one in the Science Museum: https://collection.sciencemuseumgroup.o ... gramophone
And an apparently complete one sold at auction in 2008 (photo also below in case this link disappears): https://www.the-saleroom.com/en-gb/auct ... lotDetails

Re: Continuous gramophone
The Continuous gramophone at Dreweatt's collectors' sale on 11th November 2008, which I attended, was part of the Ron Armstrong collection of well over 100 lots. It made £900 against a pre-sale estimate of £1000/£2000. Many people were put off by it's complexity, as they were by the c.1910 multi turntable disc talking machine (probably by the Caille Company) which failed to reach it's reserve. I wonder what happened to that one.
The main talking point among those present was the Buyer's Premium of 20%+VAT, which in 2008 was among the highest ever seen.
Today it would seem reasonable compared to the outrageous and unjustified charges which have now become the norm.
