Screw went missing during the move. Can anyone help? Thanks for taking a look.

Yes, we can help but we need your real name and the serial number of your VV-IX. This model went through many revisions.

That is a nice document to have, oftentimes these are lost and it is relatively unusual to see them, thanks for posting it.
By the way, SF and DF refer to single face and double face records. RS is Red Seal and I believe PL refers to Purple label, these were the various classes of Victor records.

The ID tag is best to determine the series of your machine. You posted about an VV-IX but the tag is for an VV-XVI, which do you have?
